Funny thing is all these loads they are listing you can get them yourself direct, don't be fooled.

Doubt if anyone is posting the same loads I have. I need more shippers that are willing to pay. I always take the minimum commission. I just want to get the load moving

Why? Because no one said they couldn't. Unless they are expressly told they cannot repost/rebroker the load list, they can advertise it any way they want to. I guess it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

Here's an interesting tidbit/loophole we found out the hard way when an associate unfamiliar with the name or reputation released information to the wrong person:

These companies can get ahold of a list of jobs and repost it under their company name without permission. Why? Because no one said they couldn't.

Unless they are expressly told they cannot repost/rebroker the load list, they can advertise it any way they want to. I guess it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

Theres a bunch that do it all the time. And the person/company with the load will also have it posted. I just call around till i find the orginal costomer or best deal. TQl does it all the time. Or go to loads out of NC same loads posted over and over again. The ones that get me are the "brokers" or "dispacters" that post in the forum but never on the boards. When you call them they read it right of the load board line for line.

Good thing we are independents and can get it ourselves from the shipper on most of these. I feel bad for the new guys that don't know that game.
