Dispatch Programs
I have been using Truckpath command center to dispatch my trucks. I provide a free subscription to each driver. I input the info into the command center and it shows up on their phones in the TP app. Driver's a paid on a percentage and they are able to look at ratecons. They also use the app to upload scale tickets, BOLs, PODs, etc.
In the last year TP has had one up date after another than breaks the app more than it it was broken after the last update.
It has, literally, gotten to the point that TP is unusable. Why they had to update an app that was perfect to the point it's completely broken is beyond me. Customer/Tech Support takes days to respond to issues. When they do respond, it's generic and they don't seem to understand the problem and they don't ask for clarification.
Do any of you other small fleets guys us TP?
What dispatch program do you guys use? Trying to keep track of rate cons, truck locations, and status via text is just not practical. I need a system that shows me the information I needed. TP was fine until they decided they hated their customers.
