Professionalism and communication

Is it just me, or is the lack of communication degrading daily in this industry. Shippers, traders, and brokers want loads moved but don't answer phones, emails, or messages on here even. Some want us to install trackers on our trucks, tablets, or phones, but they can't answer simple emails, phone calls, texts, or messages. Especially on weekends, yet they want us running over the weekend. I don't expect it to be immediate every time, but in a timely manner, i.e., within 30 to 45 minutes, it should be possible.
