oh come on, you mean we dont get to see said stories? awww....this could have been intersting, ok i will start. My man and i met when i started to work at an open deck carrier as a load finder/dispatcher. at the time, i didnt even know what a step deck was. during the course of the next 2 years we developed a solid romance of caring and sharing......i would share that his load got dropped and he would share his feelings with my boss.......lol...fun times.anywho long story short after many many adventures together and trips on the road with our truck kitty, the trucking is in the blood and the heart. i am now in this game for 15 years plus and would have it any other way. happy valentine's everybody!!!

Not sure some of the favorite memories would really be appropriate in a public forum.........

So back in 2010 I was driving down a gravel road in the middle of nowhere. I saw a Hyundai Elantra sitting beside the road. This was weird to me because nobody that lives in south Dakota drives a Hyundai, not on purpose anyway, so I immediately knew something was wrong. Lucky me, i roll up on a cutie from georgia, sitting there lost, with zero cell phone service, because that's how south Dakota is. So, I help her out, and trick her into thinking I was cool and take her on a few dates. After a few months, winter had thoroughly set in hard, and even if she wanted to rid herself of me, she couldn't....because she drove a Hyundai Elantra, which is just a skateboard with an engine, and there was no way she could have got to an airport to leave the state until spring anyway. So, after her first time experiencing a miserable winter, she must have lost her mind just enough to think I was a catch and say yes.

So we've been together since 2010, married since 2013. With 3 daughters. If you count the dog, I've got 5 beautiful women at home. Thank god for south Dakota's crappy cell phone service

Can't top Dale's story but I always say my wife tricked me into getting married. We had been dating a couple years or so and I kinda thought she had better sense than to hang around me for too long but one Christmas we were heading over to my parents' house for Christmas festivities and I jokingly asked her if she thought some day we should get married. She said she was wondering what was taking me so long to ask her and then said yes we should get married. How does February 19th sound to you. That was one of the few times I really didn't know what to say, so I sat there driving down the road trying to come up with a good reply. All I could come up with was "uuuuuuh Ok". Later that week I went to the jewelry store and bought the ring and did the whole proposal thing and asked her if she was sure she wanted to get married to a guy like me. She said yes the 2nd time so I gave her the ring and she said I would have to talk to her Dad to make sure he was Ok with this. I survived that situation and on Feb 19 we got married. Going on 43 years and we are still together.

Theres no way I can top Dale's story but I will share anyway. My husband and I are technically "high school sweethearts" we met our Sophomore year and dated off and on but I had a hard life and had to grow up and work so we didn't have time for each other. Well my favorite story is the night he asked me to marry him. We went for a walk in the park at night in the summer and he told me he was going to basic training for the Army and as we laid in the grass looking at the stars he asked if I would be his wife. Of course I said well duh. Everyone does these outrageous gestures to propose but I was so happy it was something romantic and personal. then he gave me his pocket knife because I lived in the ghetto. haha. 10 years together and we own our company together and have all the babies and pets and each other. He is the most amazing man and I am so blessed that he chose me

According to my wife i have no clue how to spell or be or know romantic. It was 39 yrs ago hailey. All the memories are stupid things guys would talk about and posting them would anger my bride.
The most i could tell you is that after 39 years she still fascinates me. She likes to keep me guessing. Her favorite phrase from me is YES DEAR.
We're old shes my world

By the way I thought it was against the rules to kiss and tell?
