Not sure about running for them as a lease op but their BCA on the brokerage side is one of the most biased contracts I've ever seen! I always edit and/or negotiate them when setting up with a new broker but I was told that it's NOT negotiable so I backed out. So if I were you I would read everything VERY closely and don't agree to anything you aren't happy with. Don't worry too much about the Indemnification Clauses because they are being phased out across the country due to them not being enforceable and basically a scam. It would also be wise to have a transportation lawyer go over it with you just in case. They aren't that much money, tax deductible and worth every penny. Not trying to tell you how to run your business but I would also recommend running your own NTL, IFTA and IRP too.
