The violation issued supports his being liable. And you have video of the incident which supports your claim. If their insurance company is non-responsive, submit it to your insurance company. It will not count as a chargable accident and hopefully the damage amount is greater than your deductible.

I assume you have his information...contact his insurance company and file a claim. The violation issued supports his being liable. And you have video of the incident which supports your claim.

If their insurance company is non-responsive, submit it to your insurance company. It will not count as a chargable accident and hopefully the damage amount is greater than your deductible.
