company drivers get what?

I however was at 27%, and I had a relative who was working for a competing company who was at 30%., but we did not have a bidding war for drivers back then either. A lot has changed since then, I know of a company to the north of me that dominated the local dump market back then, and for the past few years he has had 80% of his fleet parked, because he can't get drivers anymore.
