Never hauled them before. But have heard horror stories. How bad is it to get get DDG's out of hopper trailers?

It depends on where the ddgs is loaded from, the weather conditions and climate (high humidity during the summer months in the south can produce moisture which makes the ddgs stick and harden).....I've had ddgs unload perfectly out of hoppers at the feed mill in south GA where I was the ingedients merchandiser, and some trailers would have ddgs stuck so bad that even the vibrators wouldn't help break it up.
