We want this forum to be a community where our members can freely express their thoughts and opinions. On the forum thread titled “ELD’S”, you wrote a reply stating your thoughts and opinions on Konexial. Konexial contacted us and let us know that they were working on a resolution with you about their app and updating it. Since we thought a resolution was in place, the reply was taken down. We want to point out that this was a mistake on our part and we shouldn’t have removed the reply. Again, we want to express that we are here to serve you and be on your side. Larry, I appreciate you taking my call earlier and discussing this matter on the phone with me. I understand we may have lost your business, but we do ask for the chance to gain it back. We believe that people do make mistakes but we also believe that a second chance can be given. I apologize you weren’t able to make it to our conference but do hope to see you at MATS this year. If you’re ever in the Springfield, MO area, we would love to have the chance to meet with you. You are exactly right, our members feed America and our job is to serve our members.
