gov is fixing to punch liability insurance higher

I saw a deal on Google news they are fixing to push a bill that'll raise liability insurance up from 1 mill to 3.5 if not higher what are they thinking, and pushing speed limiters again between the large company's an broker's making all the money I don't get it maybe I'm to dum to see,no honor or pride in America today. and on a side note I challenge any broker to tell me the going rate for hopper loads before he takes his cut I dare him

In my opinion, higher liability insurance only guarantees that there will be more laws and regulations to increase the chances of it being the trucks fault any time any accident happens. Increases the chances of some body getting rich off of an unfortunate situation.

If you are running a sloppy operation with high turnover numbers or have executives sucking too much profit off the company, your not going to make it, plain and simple.

You truckers want realize what's going on until you want be able to move a truck it seems as though every rule or law pass is agreeable now days.......here it is the ELD mandated you accept that now its jack up insurance when it was already to high with no kick back for having a good driving record for years only to make everyone else rich yet we truckers make the world go around and we get Shitted on like we are nothing here it is the insurance will go up the product will be higher but our rates will stay the same. And all a truck will say is well don't take the load but they be the same ones taking the load...I tell you what's needed is a good strike to let them law makers know who run this country...
