Idling

I want all of this fuel that is lost during idling. Yes i understand that guys with cpap machines need to idle their truck. But the guys who kick their truck into high idle then go inside for hrs. need to just give me their fuel. You can call me a liar but i don't idle when i stop to sleep. I've been this way for a couple years. If it's 10 degrees or lower i will idle to keep the engine warm. When it's hot i turn on my portable fan, when it's cold i crawl in my sub-zero sleeping bag. JUST GIVE ME ALL YOUR IDLING FUEL.

Back when we used CBs. If it were say 55 degrees. I would ask if I were to let my truck run all night, should I run the A/C or the heater?

Cpap machines don't need the truck to idle to make them work

You have to leave the truck run if you're parked at a food facility....or else you won't be able to escape the property fast enough when a totally random, totally coincidental fire starts up!!!! Let's go Brandon

2guys have them I know and both say they are 110 volts. They put batteries in the box on the side and charge them as they go down the road. I will have to tell them to look into a machine that doesn't need 110 volts

When I was a company driver, the shop set it so that those of us who used C-PAP machines could continue to idle, they disconnected the auto-shutoff or whatever it's called, then I discovered that yes, I did NOT need to idle the truck after all to use it all night long- I hated to idle when not necessary...
