Looking for anyone that uses scanners in their trucks to send paperwork into their billing offices. Looking for a recommendation for a specific product that you have found very useful and are having great success with. Also, ones to stay away from. Thank you in advance, for taking your time to make this recommendation.

Tony,

We use Genius Scan. Very easy to use for technlogically challenged individuals. Optimizes the pdf after scanning for clarity.

I used it to scan the 24 Page NWTS carrier agreement and send it back to you guys!!!!!

I use the app called CamScanner as well. I think it works very good. You just take a picture, edit/crop it, save it as a PDF file and email it. For printing I use the Cannon 100 portable printer. It too works great.

A bunch of my guys use a phone app called DRIVE AXLE. Like some of the others mentioned, it uses the camera of your cell phone and lets you e mail from the app.
