is 10x growth to fast???? Growing my business to fast!!!!!!!!!
I renewed my insurance in October with 3 trucks. Since then I have expanded to 6 trucks. I'm leasing trucks on with me to pull my trailers becasue I have to many loads to haul. I currently want to add 2 more trucks on with me but due to my rapid growth my insurance guy said theirs a chance on my policy getting canceled at midterms. Since I'm only leasing guys on I don't fill like the rapid growth is that bad. Any tips on things I can do to not slow my growth down would be apreciated. I have the trailers found and the 2 guys that I want to lease on with me but I'm unsure what to do.
