Looking for End Dump recommendations

We are looking for recommendations for o/o or freight brokers specializing in bulk moves. We primarily use ED's in the NE but at the moment I need flat rates for a move from Salt Lake City, UT to Idaho Falls, ID (loose aluminum) and a HazMat move from Sweetwater, TN to Mt Pleasant, TN. (aluminum dross) Thanks!
