For our dedicated drivers we dont really have a standard percentage .Our goal is to make our drivers as much money as possible. We want to make sure that our guys are over 2.00 bucks all miles.. As a company we try to to make 10%. For our dedicated drivers we dont really have a standard percentage .Our goal is to make our drivers as much money as possible. We want to make sure that our guys are over 2.00 bucks all miles.. So if that means only making 2% on a load then we are okay with that.. Thank you for reaching out .. How does the Carrier know you are truly taking an honest 10 percent from the rate?
