Surprised it's not a topic. I guess that means everyone has expressed their opinion to FMCSA? IF it happens it's time for retirement. Art Pfluger

Duane according to ooida they are still taking comments. The explanation was a little confusing but I believe the 5-4 number is the comments that have been vetted. Your welcome to call ooida. I ask everyone to please keep comments coming. Thanks Art Pfluger

Truck drivers will take that on the chin too. Just like with elogs. But will drive to DC over politics and nothing for things that matter. I've been driving my own trucks since 2000. So having a governed truck sounds like a nightmare. If the plan holds true it will be applied to interstate carriers and trucks with an ecm. Intrastate carriers will be by the state.

The way I read this you won't beanle to use a mechanical motor for interstate work. I would like to see as many comments as possible. At the same time I think this will be stuck up our collective butts like it or not.
