Otherwise the HAMMER might have sued if somebody were to get sick from someone involved with trucking. That lawyer has signs up I think about every 10 miles or less across Ill. Ind. and Ky. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCUM.

However, since the influx of absolutely wreckless fools I've seen permeate the industry I'm glad to see someone go after them. The police don't seem to care. They should not only be sued but they should also be persecuted criminally. I hope they lose their licenses, authorites and/or jobs. They're driving 35000-80000lb bullets travelling at speeds that can NEVER stop before it's too late. Once that momentum takes over it's certain death for anything it's path.

I used to feel these lawyers were scumbags too. However, since the influx of absolutely wreckless fools I've seen permeate the industry I'm glad to see someone go after them. Some for common freight carrier platooning down 81 10 ft off the bumper of his speed limiter buddy, or a car full of children it doesn't matter to these terrorists because they got held up for 4hr at the shipper and they have to run like mad to get to their stop for the night because the clock is still ticking. When you drive 40 ft apart you have a half of a second to brake.at 60 mph your rig is traveling at 88 ft per second. Do the math yourself if you think i am fake news.

I guess you've never watched all those youtube videos of the trucks speeding and tailgating through Wyoming, and Michigan on ice covered roads, and cause those big accidents.
