There is a bullrack washout south of Billings near Hardin, MT. It's not to far from Billings. Might be out of the way a little, but that's the only one I know of.

Polar Tank Wash does an excellent job on washing out hoppers.. Down the street from the Town Pump truck stop in Billings. 406-256-4933. We use them a lot.
