I hauled a load from Chandler AZ to Kenndyville, MD back March 28, 2016, for $4,000.00 The accountant Andy acknowledge the load was picked up and del he has the BOL proff of delivery in his hand and said the invoice was on his desk but he has no luck getting Mark to let his write a check. Mark himself acknowledge 2 twice he will taking care of it. It been 9 months. Up to this point I have been nice and cordial. Andy says Mark is always out of the country however, with communication as it is today I know Mark is getting the message. MicKeal

If you have one of their set up packs look in it for the sheet that says who holds their bond and then call that company and file against their bond. It's usually just a matter of filling out a few sheets, sending in copies of the BOL and rate confirmation and then your money will be on the way.

If you have one of their set up packs look in it for the sheet that says who holds their bond and then call that
company and file against their bond. It's usually just a matter of filling out a few sheets, sending in copies of the
BOL and rate confirmation and then your money will be on the way.
