I don't think there is an accurate way to count the number of hoppers out there because there is no guarantee a hopper owned it is actually being run or where (stays on the farm vs OTR)... The washout depends on the previous product and the requirements of the next load or the driver's discretion.

Well I think the answer to both of these rather odd questions are "it depends"...

I don't think there is an accurate way to count the number of hoppers out there because there is no guarantee a hopper owned it is actually being run or where (stays on the farm vs OTR)...
