rates for the owner operator

People would continue to run, rather then shut down and make a stand. There is no unity left, only stupidity and back stabbing. The secret to power is unity. Look at the hells angles or the mafia, you screw with one member and the whole organization comes down on you.

Now that we are in a trade war, it will become more difficult to export grain. The demand for your service is going to drop, so the best thing you can do is ditch the hopper, and move into a different market. It's either that or you go broke.
