Robert Foran ( Nolan Star ) is at it again

Russ, First off sir i know for a fact that you have never worked for Nolan Star so everything you are saying is hearsay. Second I filed a lawsuit against Nolan Star Trucking so dont affiliate me with that company or its ethics, as not only were the haulers screwed in that deal but so was i with all the hard work, time and money I put into it before having it stolen from up under me and someone screwing everyone including me out of money and time. Third sir is that every single hauler that has worked for South Texas Gravel Haulers "STGH" has been paid and all Haulers receive the same exact treatment of being paid timely as well as has received consistent work everyday monday thru friday. I am busting my butt to try and make any and all work available during these tough times and trying to make sure that all of our haulers receive the maximum rate i can obtain. Instead sir you a third party hearsay person are slandering me because you have nothing better to do but stick your fingers on the keyboard and Slander someone trying to help others. Dont affiliate me or STGH with anything that you dont know nothing about. The only one that your hurting is all of the haulers that are searching for work to support their families, and being a keyboard ganster and trying to slander others. Sir Im not going to go back and forth with you but simply state that you are very wrong for your actions and you should be ashamed of yourself especially when what your accusing someone of is false and you have zero idea what it is that your talking about. Best wishes to you in these tough times man and I have no hard feelings towards your false words but rather sympothy because you have no idea what you are talking about.

Also please dont be contacting Bulkloads making baseless claims neither as they are fully aware of all of our haulers running with us and have nothing but positive feedback with our company. Anyone having issues with a prior Nolan Star issue is more then able to contact me so I can get them in contact with my attorney to join my civil action and we can assist in trying to obtain a judgment in our favor.

For the people reviewing this gentlemans posts, should you know someone working for STGH do me a favor and ask that person have you received your check timely and has robert done everything to make sure that you are paid each week with a check at the quarry as a courtesy to ensure that you dont have to leave early from work to pick up the check and I'm confident you will receive the same response which is yes robert has paid me timely and ensured I have been working daily during these hard times. ladies and gentleman use more diligence as this gentleman has said and inquire with our current haulers rather than listen to someone stating baseless claims.
