Speed limiters for trucks have just been mandated..

Boy that would get alot of people upset.. Especially if we passed and took more than a minute to do it.. And how many rear end accidents...but the ATA and this administration knows best.. That freight.. Cant run a bad log book.. So it will get there when it gets there.. Dont like it.. Complain to the white house..

Figured I better give you a couple of likes, looks like somebody did not like you beating up on the annointed one.

Obummer has been at lest wise honest to the American people about one thing. He told us in advance that he was going to bend us over and give us forced socialized medicine whether we liked it or not. I honestly thought that he possibly could not be any worse then Georgie Porgie before him, but alas I was wrong. I wonder what kind of dancing puppet will we have for the next eight years, we will wait and see the selection field does not look very good at this time.

What a disgrace for our Commander in Chief to apologize for us kicking ass in other countries, boy that really shows support of the troops that he commands. Our troops do not want to hear about how we are in the wrong when they are laying their lives down for a BS cause in a country where everybody hates them and our country. At least France did not wait around for everybody else's approval to attack ISIS. What a crock for our Commander in Chief to act like we owe the world an apology for doing what they all really wanted to do in the first place.

If you have ever seen pictures of Obummer with Putin you will notice that Putin always has that grin on his face that says (I can turn you into my lady anytime I want). I bet the only birdie that Obummer has ever shot is with his golf club. I consider him to be the tainted one not the annointed one like he himself and others believe.

One thing that ive found out about truck drivers.. Never say you cant do that.. Or try to regulate us.. We are like prisoneers.. With tons of time to think how to get around something or really get the regulators .. Like a few years ago we had tatletails.. A penny in the door hinge Recorded a speed about 5 mile an hour less than what you were doing.. Or look how imaginative some get with log books that still look legal.. And here we are here already figuring out how to screw up this... I love it..

Or you could just have two different driver ID numbers, to enter into the system. (LOL)

Here is how you use the electronic logs against them. Just had this happen we did a drop trailer that was agreed to be ther for 24-48 hrs. The receive told my operator that we would not be getting the trailer back until 5 days later. The receiver believed they would not have to pay us the $500.00 per day extra for detaining the operator, tractor, and trailer. They though they were only going to pay $50.00 per day for the trailer. When the chit hit the fan I told them that we had electronic logs as proof that we were there and my attorney was ready to pursue unless they agreed to our terms. My attorney informed them that we would press charges for theft by deception (fraud) and that they would end up spending more money in legal fees, end up buying us a new trailer, end up paying us for any loss revenue, his firms legal fees. All of the sudden here came the revised rate agreement, trailer was emptied out yesterday morning, got the operator a load back to KC.

If used correctly the ELD's will become your best friend, we have started making more money from detention, layover vs driving. Our only gripe about them is that there is no pause button on the 14 hr clock. I tell my operators if your log runs out a couple hours from the house just bring it on home. By an large we run a legal operation and by doing so we are seeing a better profit margin. Bet the puppet masters did not realize that there are those of us that will just adapt and overcome.

Speed Limiters are a joke, I thought we already had speed limiters and they are posted all across this nation. Goes to show how lazy our nation has become put speed limiters on trucks instead of the police officer doing there jobs. I wonder if law enforcement realizes with all these new wonderful devices put on the trucks they will be required to perform cutbacks due to loss of revenue as well Hmmmmm?

Obummer and his buddies (ATA, FMSCA, NHSA) want to make all of us be the same, yet if we asked everybody else in this nation to abide by the sames rules and regulations as truckers, I bet the American people would rise up if they were told they had to abide by the 11 and 14 like us. I bet they would be pissed if they had to sleep in a cot somewhere just a few miles from there home on Thanksgiving or any other day for that manner. I could go on and on about the indifference that is shown to us. We could all get together and sue the lawmakers for occupation discrimination as they have singled us out from all others in the country that operate automobiles each and every day based upon our occupation alone.

God bless Obummer and his buddies with wisdom and insight as to the havoc that they are doing, if they do not change then God release your havoc on them as they have us.

I can't wait to how well these speed limiters work on the interstates of South Dakota where we have a speed limit of 80 mph. The ditches will look like a salvage yard. I just hope that the "anointed one" wears some type of protective devise like a football helmut when he sleeps at night cause we sure don't want any the that knowlegde he has about the trucking industry to leak out.

What speed will we be limiter be set at? And when do we have to comply?

Why should he care, he hates capitalism, Obummer is a socialist, that is the way he was raised. He has tried very hard to destroy capitalism over the last 7 years starting with Obummercare. Just remember this everybody the more you allow the government to do for you means the more the government expects you to give up to them in return. Heck Russia is more a capitalistic society than us. China as well, pretty sad when our old Commie enemies are now trading in capitalism better than the good ol USA. Is that not ironic?
