I'm paying $80 right now in Henderson, KY for a guy to get up on a step ladder with a garden hose to wet the trailer down. It doesn't have to be 24 hrs. My trucks are usually empty around 9 every morning.

I would like to know what and how a washout is certified? Who is certifing them and who is checking this nonsense? I could do a better job at our shop for free.
