Beware of doing buisness with M Sharp Logistics out of Warsaw NC. ( NON PAYMENT ) We keep hearing that our check is in the mail. We did several loads back on April 18, 2019 and have not been paid. We are out $12,454.81 to TEAM SR and JTS to $4,143.23.

IT would be nice if Bulk Loads would screen these brokers to see if they are crediatable.

Sir go after his bond and do it now. If you don?t know how look at your contact it will give you his bond info you need to call them they are going to ask for rate confirmation and delivery bills signed

If these loads are ag related, the bond isn't worth the paper it is printed on. The claim will probably be rejected. My question is, Do you have history with this company or is this a one time deal. It cannot be stressed enough that you have to to your own legwork and check credit worthiness of who you work for. Bulk loads has no way of verifying whether a broker is honorable or not, no more way of verifying that a carrier is dependable and has decent equipment to work with. Take responsibility for your actions and do your own due diligence. Quit blaming a website for not doing it for you.

Sounds like the same guys as Sharp Transit out of Salisbury, NC. Real scheisters that primarily contract with ALDI. Your not alone.
