Dear shippers, it seems that the ATA has been running around telling all the carriers, that you are not the boss, just because you provide the money that supports them. They are telling the carriers that you are not the employer, and that in fact it is the other way around, and that you are supposed to be their bitch! And the ATA is telling them, that if you don't speed stuff up at your loading docks, they are going to get officer Bob, from the state patrol to come onto your property and force you to comply, with the use of force. Perhaps you should set the record strait for us, who works for who? Obama seems to have confused a lot of folks. I suggest that you increase the delay time at your loading docks, for all of the megga carriers, and show them who is boss, before it's too late!

I once ran into a friend at a bar who had started driving for a company that hauls for us. He walks up and jokingly goes "I'm your customer now, don't you think you should buy me a beer?" I politely reminded him who writes the checks and of course bought him his beer!

BUT a law signed by our fine expresident..it was inside one of the highway bills..so President Trump cant do a thing.. BUT CONGRESS CAN by passing another law..

Well the teamsters are now on their death bed now, so this should be a easy fight for you. Do not let these people push you around, you are the employer, not them.... I encourage you you to resist raising rates, and to increase the waiting times at your docks. Please keep in mind, that us independents, and small carriers were very happy, with the way stuff was going, and we are the ones on your side..... It was the big guys that are trying to take over your business, and if you apply pressure to them, their drivers will quit, and join us in the fight against communism...... This is nothing short of a assault on your business, and your property rights. I encourage anyone who is a member of operation black and blue, or eld or me to help spread this message.
