I was to first of all apologize for the remark I made. I was posting to get a reaction and that was very unprofessional. I wanted to point out that I come from a family of drivers and I nothing but respect for what these men and woman do. If they didn't do what they did, I would be out of the job. I have built strong relationships with carriers all over north america and I love interacting with carriers and customers everyday. Every broker is different here at TQL and I'd like to think that I run my book of business the right way. I look out for my carriers and everyone who has ran with me can back that up.
