Not to bring up a sore subject but have run across a few dispatch services calling on our loads posted within the last few weeks. What is the true difference between the two?
We are a manufacturer/distributor so not a brokerage working with another brokerage on the loads we own all the product we are setting up loads on. Just looking for insight to be better informed if i were to book a truck with a dispatch service in the future.
Thank you |

Always a good rule to ensure that the name on the bill of lading that is signed coordinates with the name on the actual carrier insurance policy, also a good idea to have your company name added to their insurance no matter if they are using a factoring or dispatch service. |
