Yes it is in Kanawha and they also do have multiple other locations. We have done some research on the owner, Dave Wilcox and he has had troubles with the court systems for years and indicted multiple times on fraud. Just wanted to warn everyone before they are caught holding the bag like COSO is. |

Didn't they have issues a year ago? I remember hauling several loads out of there sold at auction. Very sketchy shit went down.

As you an many other people are not getting paid by Dave Wilcox he is remodeling his house, going to ball games, staying nice hotels and planning a trip to Las Vegas. While hiding cattle that he bought feed for with Global Processing money. Maybe the cattle too. |

I know of multiple other companies, farmers, and even shippers who are out way more than we are. If anyone sees this and is also not being paid by Global Processing, shoot me a call or message, I am trying to make this a group effort rather than 100 different people suing him, we can all sue together. |
