Circle A), that will post the entire Bulkloads pages of Loads, on their web page and emails. If you call on a load, you will be told, let me call my customer and see if the load is available., and not know what the commodity is. And if you get a call back the rate is lower than the original broker. This is ONE of the causes for too low of a rate per load, bc there is not enough funds to support 2-5 brokers and then the truckers. And so how many brokers are using the exact program as Circle A on bulkloads.....9 out if 10. That's one reason why there are no loads.
