I grew up in that area. Idaho produces 70% of the powdered sugar you use. Comes from sugar beets. Yes there is Idaho potatoes more over by blackfoot, Idaho. These potatoe loads could be seed potatoes, who knows. If you can get a good per 100 rate it'd be worth it.

The "Idaho potatoe " is actually grown in Nyssa, oregon. I grew up in that area. Idaho produces 70% of the powdered sugar you use. Comes from sugar beets. Yes there is Idaho potatoes more over by blackfoot, Idaho. These potatoe loads could be seed potatoes, who knows. If you can get a good per 100 rate it'd be worth it.
