How does the FMCSA revoke ELDs?

Here is what the process is like for an ELD provider who has received notice from the FMCSA and what some warning signs are that your ELD provider could be next on the revoked ELD list. How does the FMCSA revoke ELDs and could your ELD provider be next?

They should revoke all ELDs based on the number of fatalities they have caused, every study out there shows a increase in both accidents and fatalities since the mandate, what do you want to bet those numbers will only increase with declining freight rates, pressuring drivers to hurry up and grab that last load of freight before the othe guy gets it, so they don’t have to bounce home empty?

Yeah, a lot of drivers do not like ELDs. Until the mandate goes away hopefully this will help people avoid the ones that try to sell products that do not meet the mandates requirments.

Yeah, a lot of drivers do not like ELDs. Until the mandate goes away hopefully this will help people avoid the ones that try to sell products that do not meet the mandates requirments.

So, when the logbooks were used, we all cheated so the death rate was lower?
