Lift Axle Position
Hey question for anyone running a set up with an extra lift axle. What are pros and cons between having the 3rd axle on the tractor or on the trailer. Specifically looking at opinions on a grain hopper. Currently running spread axles but maybe wanting to go from 85,500 to 90,000.
If the axle is on the trailer what are the thoughts about it being a steerable axle to ease strain on axle components while turning?
