New Load Alerts Now Available on the BulkLoads Mobile App

Hey Guys,

We now have load alerts live on the iphone and android app. You will now see an icon at the top of any load search where you can create an alert and be instantly notified when a load is posted that matches the search. I shared a screenshot. We've done numerous testing, but if you have questions please let us know. I've been getting alerts the past few days and it is really slick, one of my favorite features so far.

Hi Wes. I hope you're doing well. Unfortunatly the old app technology was crashing and why we had to develop this one. However, if there's anything specific you'd like changed or modified to make it easier to use let me know and we can pass it to our developers. Easy, you make the 'new' format look and work identical to the old one.

My new version constantly crashes also. For 50 a month, it needs to work better. Maybe keep it simple, and dont try adding all those future features until you can get this one right ! BS

What happened to the send email on the loads to ask about the rates, it was fine earlier but now it’s all weird looking on the left side

I really like the new alert feature! Saves me a lot of time not having to constantly check if new loads have posted.

You know what baffles me is when you created the "OLD" version you had nothing to go off of. It was an original design, and it turned out to be perfect. Then you have the "NEW" version...All you had to do was take the "OLD" and TWEAK it a LITTLE bit. But no. You had to try and re-create the gosh damn wheel and screw everything up! No more scanning, and the freaking thing is 10X harder to navigate. Is it me? Or is the font smaller and just harder to figure out? Instead of just swallowing your pride and saying "we screwed up we'll fix it" you guys just keep saying "oh you'll get used to it"

Good morning Wes. I tried calling your number. From the bottom of my heart I apologize for your frustrations and others that we have caused. You are the customer and we want to do everything we can to make you fully satisfied. We actually had the app designed and tested by 50 different carriers before we launched it live. But we can still make design changes to better serve you better. The doc scanning feature is actually going to be released soon and going to be much easier and better than before. I'm sure we can make the font larger....that should be easy. If you can let me know how to make the navigation simpler I can pass it to the development team. Also, I apologize if someone has told you to get use to it. You are an awesome person. We're always trying to get feed back and continue to improve the service on your behalf, as well as others, that ultimately provides food on the tables for our families.
