You can, but it's going to be up to the loading facility what priors they allow. You also need to make sure your trailers are rated to 16 lbs and not the standard 12 lbs max denisty weight. Most newer 407 trailers I think are rated for 16 lbs density, but you should verify what's on your spec plates.
