Fuel should only be 25% of the load. a normal truck runs 2,500 miles a week. $10.00 per gallon for fuel. That would be ruffly $25,000 for fuel! Per week. $100,000 gross per week Haul rate will be $40 per mile.

While I hate some brokers it's the idiots that haul cheap that perpetuate this. If you confront stupidity it's always the, well I just need that little bit for the round to pay. Art Pfluger
