How many times have we heard someone tell someone else to stop complaining and get a different job if they are unhappy? Well it appears to me that the reason all these vacancies exist is because the drivers took that advice, and now some are unhappy that they listened. Just my 2 cents.

Meanwhile freight rates are declining here as fixed costs increase. We dont have a truck driver shortage, we have an educated truck driver industry problem. Too many chiefs and too many immigrants working cheap. We are the modern day crop workers. How do so many get cdls when they cant speak english? Asking for a friend. This looks like its by design to me.
