TRUCK ORDERED NOT USED

Sep 21, 2010 at 08:05 AM CST
How many times this happens and the whole burden falls on the truck. Why does the vendor or broker get a free pass? We try to collect something for our lost revenue, but 99% of the time it's for not.

Check NON PAYMENT all the advice to good truckers about following through on a load probobly doesn't apply to brokers and shippers. They have a good code.

my experience with this is, if they don't want to be billed then make it up on the next load tendered........usually happens to me because my hopper is too high, (84") even though I always inquire before I go..........$5.00 @ ton depending on how far I had to bounce
