I'm wondering if someone from bulkloads or other carriers can help me with a question. Is it possible to set my account to receive an alert any time a company does a truck search in areas that i designate? Example...if company A looks for a carrier near me, can I receive an email stating who that company is, with contact info? Or can I set up that if any company does a truck search in areas that I am regularly in, to also be alerted with that company's info?
If i ever click on a load, the company posting the load must receive an alert, because i usually get a call. The company's knowledge of me looking at the load limits my negotiating power because I've expressed interest, if I know they are looking for a truck, we both have equal interest in moving the product. If a shipper knows there are 50 carriers looking at a load, vs 5 carriers, it’s a safe bet the rate offered will be lower.
