For anyone who has side roll tarps on end dump trailers do you leave the tarp rolled up when running empty or cover the trailer empty and loaded?

I run walking floors. We always close tarp. Better fuel economy.

Tarp on all the time When you making a left turn you can hit anything with the tarp arm, also tarp on keep your trailer dry

Just close it. Better fuel economy and i think Maryland or Virginia i forget which one has a funny law stuck somewhere in their back pocket that they can give you a ticket for open tarp.
