What would that look like?

With underwriters leaving the market, insurance has become a issue for many carriers, so what will happen if we loose another one? If truck insurance becomes unaffordable, and mega carriers are forced out by “nuclear verdicts “, the supply chain would break, so here’s the question to ask, would the government be forced to take over the market? Could the government run the truck insurance market successfuly? Or would it end up like Obama care? Martinez recently gets confirmed, and now runs off, right before the second phase of the ELD mandate? Right before December, when the bad weather hits? And now the inspector general is looking into the agency? How’s that deregulation plan working out for those big corporate executives on Wall Street?

I wonder if Bernie Sanders and the squad would factor detention time into the rates based on a carrier’s ELD data? Would the they start assessing taxes against shippers and receivers to subsidize the losses, from unskilled, untrained drivers? Is this why Congress has ordered FMCSA to study detention time, and its effects on safety? Is AB-5 telegraphing the governments next move on trucking policy?

Doesn't matter as it's all a moot point since Cortez has all the answers. She's made it clear trucks will be removed from the States. Apparently, she thinks they aren't needed and are evil killers of Earth.
